Who We Are

Bahay Senyas is a Deaf-led nonprofit organization founded in Quezon City by educators, researchers, and early intervention specialists committed to ensuring Deaf children have early access to language and learning.


We support Deaf children ages 0–5 and their families through early language access, assessment, educational services, and language-rich environments that support healthy cognitive, social, emotional, and academic development.


We also provide training and professional development for educators, early intervention specialists, and related professionals.
